Hi I'm taking Shaolin Kung-Fu as a discipline since my childhood has provided me with inumerable benefits for my body and especially mind. The way meditation exercises r practised in Kung-Fu helps one to consolidate the concentration power and fear not anyone. All it takes is practise. Like bruce lee once said,”i fear not the man who has practised 10,000 kicks once, but the man who has practised 1 kick 10,000 times” I am very fortunate to have Master Aaftab Siddiquee to teach me more about Shaolin Kung-Fu. His method of teaching is very lucid and highly adaptable.

Shifu aftab's methods of teaching are very comprehensive especially for a beginner. Master pushes your limit according to your abilities and keeps motivating all the while. I was always fascinated by the way shaolin monks performed various self defence techniques..movies like Drunken Master,Kadate Kid always inspired me ..never got the opportunity to learn them ..to learn under a professional like Master Aftab I am indeed privileged.. his methods of teaching are very comprehensive.

The amount of patience shifu aftab has with students and the willingness to understand the weaknesses of each student,makes me and each one of us learn more with vigour. Indeed very fortunate to have met Shifu Aftab who with his exemplary skills is a perfect example of what a master at best could be. The training under Shifu Aftab has improved my body strength considerably and above all the presence of mind has had significant improvement.
